  • What is the Midas SIPP Fund?

    • It is a fund especially designed by us to provide very high returns for our clients

  • How is it structured?

    • The investment is in the form of a loan that attracts a fixed return of 100% over 5 years

  • How is this paid?

    • 7% interest is paid annually into your SIPP

    • The remaining interest (13% pa) is paid upon completion of the 5 year loan

    • The value of your loan and of the remaining interest is fully protected, see below for details

  • What guarantees do I have?

    • All loans have their full value fully covered by retained land; an additional 20% amount of land will be retained at all times to give additional security. So even in the unlikely event that the value of development land falls you would not be at any risk unless there is a very significant crash, and even then you would have a limited risk only.

  • How do I know that this security really exists?

    • The land value will be determined by independent professional land valuation firms

    • The land held as security will be revalued each year and more frequently if appropriate

    • If at any time more security is required then additional land will be placed as security

    • Land amounts will be adjusted each and every time a new investor takes out a Midas SIPP, so all investors are covered

    • A major independent City firm of solicitors act as Land Trustees and ensure that adequate security is held at all times

    • Specialist independent UK Pensioneer Trustees administer and monitor the Midas SIPP on behalf of our investors

  • Why is such incredibly high interest being paid?

    • It is simple really

      • Midas own a huge land bank

      • They gradually develop this land bank, build property and make a considerable profit

      • Financing this land bank is very expensive; banks charge a lot of money for land financing

      • Bank financing is also volatile and can take time to arrange

      • So, it is cheaper for Midas to pay a high, fixed interest rate to you so they know they have financing for 5 years
