We offer 3 different types of SIPP, so you only pay for the functionality you need
  1. Starter SIPP

    • What can my Starter SIPP invest in?

      • You can choose from 80 pension investment funds, including those from many major fund managers

    • If I have a Starter SIPP and then I decide to buy property, what can I do?

      • This is why it is called a Starter SIPP; we can at any time convert it into a full SIPP

      • So, you don't pay the charges for a fully functional SIPP with all the bells and whistles until and unless you need it

      • But if you do need our full SIPP we can switch it over for you simply and cheaply

    • What about when I retire?

      • You can chose Annuity or Income Drawdown

        • We will discuss with you at the time what meets your needs and requirements

    • How much do I need to get my Starter SIPP going?

      • Just £10,000 and/or £200 per month

    • And what are the charges?

      • There is no set-up cost

      • There is no administrative cost

      • There is no advice charge

      • The only charge is a simple annual management charge which is much less than that of stakeholder pensions

      • This charge on many funds can be as low as 0.80% per annum; specialist funds cost slightly more

    • Can I transfer Protected Rights funds into my Starter SIPP?

      • Yes, Protected Rights funds (from contracting out) are accepted

    • Is the Starter SIPP right for me?

      • Yes, if you want a simple, low-cost SIPP

      • Yes, if you don't want to manage your sipp online

      • Yes, if you have Protected Rights / Contracted Out Funds, to transfer in

    • What can my Online Unit Trust SIPP invest in?

        • So you get an enormous range of collective equity investments

        • However, property, property funds, individual equities and other assets are not allowed

        • By restricting other investment options we keep it simple and keep the cost down for you

    • If I have an Online Unit Trust SIPP and then I decide to buy property, what can I do?

      • On Line Unit Trust SIPPs are not designed to hold property investments

      • If you may wish to invest in property we should start a Property SIPP, see below

      • This can hold property as well as unit trusts and all other allowable investments

    • What about when I retire?

      • You have the full choice of all Annuities or Income Drawdown

    • What are the charges for the Unit Trust Investments?

      • Very low! There are no bid-offer spreads on any of the funds

      • You pay no upfront charges on any of the funds

      • These funds typically have upfront charges of 3% to 5% if you buy them personally

        • So you get a huge cost-saving
